Of all the topics on this board, none generates as much 'traffic' as the Lunar Empire. We have excellent resources on the general nature of the Empire, it's history, cultures, and goals. We have a lot of discussion about Lunar ephemera, apocrypha, and nitty-gritty details.
But what we don't have is a definitive RQG guide on how to generate Lunars from farther away than Tarsh. Is such a book in process?
